SLEEP&RELAX contains magnesium which helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B6 which contributes to regulating hormonal activity and proper functioning of the nervous system. Zinc contained in the product helps maintain normal levels of testosterone in the blood.

Maltodextrin, Magnesium salts of citric acid, L-Arginine hydrochloride, L-Glutamine, D-Aspartic acid, L-Lysine hydrochloride, L-Ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, Acid (citric acid), GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), Magnesium- oxide, L-Tryptophan, Flavourings, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf extract, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract, L-Theanine, Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), Zinc gluconate, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Colour (beta carotene), Melatonin.
USAGE:
Recommended Daily Portion: 9 g – 1 measuring scoop.
Dissolve a single serving of the product (9 g) in 150-200 ml of water. Take 1 servings daily, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.
